We allow you to cancel your request within the first 15 minutes after you book your appointment. After 15 minute's of your request time your dispatch fee is final and non-refundable. Since we assign & reserve that time slot and Medical assistant to you, we are unable to provide you any form of refund. The only Exception: We will give you a credit if your condition escalates requiring an ER visit.
