Curative Insurance for Mobile IV Therapy Visits

Understand Coverage Before Care Comes HomeUploaded Image

Mobile care can make treatment easier to access, but insurance benefits should be clarified before the medical team travels to your location.

IVTherapy2go accepts Curative insurance for eligible services. Exact coverage depends on the member’s plan, active eligibility, provider network, medical need, requested treatment, and any authorization requirements.

Start With the Exact Plan on Your Card

Review the front and back of your Curative card and call member services. Ask whether IVTherapy2go and the scheduled healthcare professional participate with your exact network. Explain that the appointment will be performed at home or another eligible mobile location, because mobile-service benefits may differ from office-based care.

Confirm whether a referral, prior authorization, or medical order is required. If you speak with a representative, record the person’s name, date, time, and call-reference number.

Ask About Every Part of the Visit

An IV appointment may include more than one billable component. Ask Curative how the consultation, mobile medical visit, IV administration, fluids, medication, supplies, laboratory testing, and follow-up care are covered. If an outside laboratory is used, confirm that facility’s network participation separately.

The healthcare professional will still assess whether the requested treatment is appropriate. Insurance coverage does not require a clinician to provide an infusion that is not medically indicated or safe for the patient.

Prepare Clear Information

Before scheduling, provide current insurance-card images, photo identification, medications, allergies, relevant diagnoses, recent laboratory results, and any physician orders. Tell the team about pregnancy, kidney or heart conditions, fluid restrictions, previous infusion reactions, or recent emergency care.

Eligible mobile services may be available in Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Brownwood, Arlington, Farmers Branch, El Paso, and surrounding serviced areas. Availability depends on the exact address and medical-team coverage.

Visit IVTherapy2go or call (817) 508-8169 for assistance. Confirm network participation and estimated appointment responsibility before scheduling, and verify medications, laboratory services, and testing separately.

Insurance disclaimer: Benefit verification does not guarantee claim payment. Coverage and member responsibility are determined by the health plan.
