Just Mind Mobile IV Care

Silver 2000 EHN Care with IVTherapy2go™Uploaded Image

When illness, dehydration, or another medical concern makes traveling difficult, receiving care at home may provide a more comfortable option. IVTherapy2go™ brings mobile medical and IV services to eligible patients at home, work, or another approved Texas location.

Just Mind LLC employees enrolled in the Silver 2000 Plan may have coverage for certain medically necessary services provided through participating Employers Health Network providers. Coverage depends on the patient’s eligibility, medical condition, requested treatment, network participation, and plan requirements.

Elective hydration, vitamin infusions, wellness treatments, and other services that are not considered medically necessary may be excluded from insurance coverage and require self-payment. Always verify benefits before scheduling.

What Does the Just Mind Silver 2000 Plan Include?

The available plan information lists the following office-visit costs:

  • Primary care: $25 copay

  • Specialist care: $50 copay

These copays may not automatically apply to mobile IV treatment. IV fluids, medications, laboratory testing, medical supplies, procedures, and other services may be billed or processed separately.

Your final responsibility may depend on:

  • Current eligibility

  • Medical necessity

  • Network participation

  • Deductible or coinsurance requirements

  • Prior authorization

  • The medications and supplies administered

  • The location and type of service

  • Plan exclusions and limitations

An insurance card does not guarantee coverage or payment. Call IVTherapy2go at (817) 508-8169 for scheduling assistance, and contact Level Health to verify your benefits.

Can Just Mind Employees Use IVTherapy2go?

Eligible Just Mind employees and their covered family members may be able to use IVTherapy2go when a medical professional determines that mobile treatment is appropriate.

Depending on the patient’s condition and the provider’s evaluation, services may include:

  • Medical evaluation

  • IV fluid administration

  • Treatment for certain cases of dehydration

  • Prescription medications when clinically appropriate

  • Symptom management

  • Monitoring during treatment

  • Certain laboratory services

  • Follow-up care recommendations

  • Referral to a higher level of care when necessary

Not every illness or medical condition can be treated safely through a mobile visit. The medical team will determine whether mobile care, an urgent-care clinic, or an emergency department is the appropriate setting.

Call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room for chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, signs of a stroke, fainting, confusion, uncontrolled bleeding, severe dehydration, major trauma, or another life-threatening emergency.

Are Wellness and Vitamin Infusions Covered?

Elective hydration, vitamin infusions, wellness treatments, energy infusions, and similar services are frequently considered non-covered or self-pay services.

Insurance may be considered only when IV treatment is medically necessary, covered by the member’s plan, performed by an eligible provider, and supported by the required clinical documentation.

Before scheduling, ask:

  • Is the requested IV treatment medically necessary?

  • Is it covered by the Silver 2000 Plan?

  • Is IVTherapy2go participating with my specific plan?

  • Will the infusion be submitted to insurance or treated as self-pay?

  • Are medications, testing, and supplies billed separately?

  • Is prior authorization required?

  • What amount will I owe at the time of service?

Do not assume an elective infusion is covered simply because you have an insurance card.

Who Administers the Just Mind Plan?

The available plan directory identifies Yuzu Health as the third-party administrator associated with the Just Mind Silver 2000 Plan.

Level Health provides assistance with:

  • Eligibility verification

  • Medical benefit questions

  • Prior-authorization requirements

  • Claim-status questions

  • Copays, deductibles, and coinsurance

  • Provider-network participation

For assistance:

  • Call Level Health at (203) 208-9898

  • Visit the Level Health Member Portal

  • Have the member identification number from your insurance card available

Ask the representative to verify the administrator information printed on your current insurance card before receiving services.

How Do I Verify My IV-Therapy Benefits?

Before booking a mobile appointment, contact Level Health at (203) 208-9898 and ask:

  • Does IVTherapy2go participate with my Silver 2000 Plan?

  • Is a mobile medical visit covered?

  • Is the requested IV treatment medically necessary and covered?

  • What copay, deductible, or coinsurance applies?

  • Are IV fluids, medications, laboratory testing, and supplies billed separately?

  • Does the service require prior authorization?

  • Are elective hydration or vitamin infusions excluded?

  • Will I have a time-of-service responsibility?

  • Are there service-area or network restrictions?

Write down the representative’s name, the date of the call, and the reference number provided.

IVTherapy2go can collect your insurance information and help prepare for the appointment, but Level Health provides the official explanation of plan benefits. Final coverage is determined when the claim is processed.

Is Prior Authorization Required?

Prior-authorization requirements depend on the treatment, medication, diagnosis, and other plan rules.

Contact Level Health at (203) 208-9898 before receiving IV treatment that may require approval. Confirm whether authorization must be obtained by the member, ordering provider, or treating provider.

Prior authorization does not guarantee claim payment. Current eligibility, medical necessity, network participation, clinical documentation, plan exclusions, and other requirements may affect how the claim is processed.

What Network Does the Plan Use?

The Just Mind Silver 2000 Plan uses the EHN Preferred Network. This network includes Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance providers who have chosen to participate.

Not every Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance provider participates in the EHN Preferred Network. Members should confirm that IVTherapy2go and the treating medical professional participate with their exact plan before receiving care.

To locate or verify an in-network provider:

  • Use the EHN Provider Search

  • Call Level Health at (203) 208-9898

  • Contact BSWQA Care Navigation at 1-844-279-7589

Provide the employer name, plan name, member identification number, requested treatment, and service location when confirming participation.

Are Specialist Referrals Required?

The available Just Mind plan information does not list a general specialist-referral requirement.

Certain treatments, medications, procedures, or specialist services may still require prior authorization or an order from an eligible medical provider. Contact Level Health before receiving care to confirm the current requirements for your plan.

How Should I Prepare for My Mobile Visit?

Before the appointment, prepare:

  • Your Just Mind insurance card

  • A photo identification card

  • A current medication list

  • Known medication or food allergies

  • Relevant medical records

  • Recent laboratory or imaging results

  • Any referral, prescription, or authorization documents

  • A description of your symptoms

  • The date your symptoms began

  • Your preferred pharmacy information

  • Your benefit-verification reference number

Drink fluids if your medical condition allows, and follow any preparation instructions provided by the medical team.

Please provide a safe, clean, and well-lit area where the medical professional can perform the evaluation and treatment. Secure pets before the medical assistant arrives.

IVTherapy2go uses a three-hour arrival window. The medical assistant will send a message when they are on the way.
