JZ Interior Design Mobile IV Care
PPO and HSA Care with IVTherapy2go™
When illness, dehydration, or another medical concern makes traveling difficult, receiving care at home may provide a more comfortable experience. IVTherapy2go™ brings mobile medical and IV services to eligible patients at home, work, or another approved Texas location.
JZ Interior Design LLC employees may be enrolled in the PPO Plan or HSA Plan. Both plans use the EHN Preferred Network, but member costs and coverage requirements differ.
Certain medically necessary services may be eligible for insurance consideration. Elective hydration, vitamin infusions, wellness treatments, and other services that are not medically necessary may be excluded from coverage and require self-payment. Verify your benefits before scheduling.
What JZ Interior Design Plans Are Available?
JZ Interior Design employees may be enrolled in one of two medical plans:
-
PPO Plan
-
HSA Plan
The available plan information lists the following costs:
PPO Plan
-
$30 copay for a primary care visit
-
$75 copay for a specialist visit
HSA Plan
-
Members must first meet the applicable deductible
-
Copays or coinsurance may vary after the deductible is met
-
Medical cost-sharing information is available on the member’s insurance card
These amounts may not automatically apply to mobile IV treatment. IV fluids, medications, laboratory testing, medical supplies, procedures, and other services may be billed or processed separately.
Your final responsibility may depend on:
-
Current eligibility
-
Medical necessity
-
Network participation
-
Deductible status
-
Copay or coinsurance requirements
-
Prior authorization
-
The medications and supplies administered
-
The location and type of service
-
Plan exclusions and limitations
An insurance card does not guarantee coverage or payment. Call IVTherapy2go at (817) 508-8169 for scheduling assistance, and contact the plan administrator to verify your benefits.
Can JZ Interior Design Employees Use IVTherapy2go?
Eligible JZ Interior Design employees and their covered family members may be able to use IVTherapy2go when a medical professional determines that mobile treatment is appropriate.
Depending on the patient’s condition and the provider’s evaluation, services may include:
-
Medical evaluation
-
IV fluid administration
-
Treatment for certain cases of dehydration
-
Prescription medications when clinically appropriate
-
Symptom management
-
Monitoring during treatment
-
Certain laboratory services
-
Follow-up care recommendations
-
Referral to a higher level of care when necessary
Not every illness or medical condition can be treated safely through a mobile visit. The medical team will determine whether mobile care, an urgent-care clinic, or an emergency department is the appropriate setting.
Call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room for chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, signs of a stroke, fainting, confusion, uncontrolled bleeding, severe dehydration, major trauma, or another life-threatening emergency.
Are Wellness and Vitamin Infusions Covered?
Elective hydration, vitamin infusions, wellness treatments, energy infusions, and similar services are frequently considered non-covered or self-pay services.
Insurance may be considered only when IV treatment is medically necessary, covered by the member’s plan, performed by an eligible provider, and supported by the required clinical documentation.
Before scheduling, ask:
-
Is the requested IV treatment medically necessary?
-
Is it covered by my PPO or HSA Plan?
-
Does IVTherapy2go participate with my specific plan?
-
Will the infusion be submitted to insurance or treated as self-pay?
-
Are medications, laboratory testing, and supplies billed separately?
-
Is prior authorization required?
-
What amount will I owe at the time of service?
Do not assume that an elective infusion is covered simply because you have an insurance card.

How Do I Verify My IV-Therapy Benefits?
Before booking a mobile appointment, contact CAS at (800) 870-1831 or SmartCare Concierge at (855) 438-2011 and ask:
-
Does IVTherapy2go participate with my specific JZ Interior Design plan?

Are there service-area or network restrictions?
Write down the representative’s name, the date of the call, and the reference number provided.
IVTherapy2go can collect your insurance information and help prepare for the appointment, but CAS or SmartCare Concierge provides the official explanation of plan benefits. Final coverage is determined when the claim is processed.
Is Prior Authorization Required?
Prior authorization depends on the treatment, medication, diagnosis, and requirements of the member’s plan.
Contact CAS at (800) 870-1831 before receiving IV treatment that may require approval. Confirm whether authorization must be obtained by the member, ordering provider, or treating provider.
Prior authorization does not guarantee claim payment. Current eligibility, medical necessity, network participation, deductible requirements, clinical documentation, plan exclusions, and other rules may affect how the claim is processed.
What Network Does the Plan Use?
The JZ Interior Design PPO and HSA plans use the EHN Preferred Network. This network includes Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance providers who have chosen to participate.
Not every Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance provider participates in the EHN Preferred Network. Members should confirm that IVTherapy2go and the treating medical professional participate with their exact plan before receiving care.
To locate or verify an in-network provider:
-
Use the EHN Provider Search
-
Call CAS at (800) 870-1831
-
Call Elan Member Services at (833) 845-8854
-
Contact BSWQA Care Navigation at 1-844-279-7589
Provide the employer name, plan name, member identification number, requested treatment, and service location when confirming participation.
Are Specialist Referrals Required?
The available JZ Interior Design plan information does not list a general specialist-referral requirement.
Certain treatments, medications, procedures, or specialist services may still require prior authorization or an order from an eligible medical provider. Contact CAS before receiving care to confirm the current requirements for your plan.
